✨The ABADHA scheme has been a flagship initiative aimed at improving civic infrastructure, heritage conservation and pilgrim services in Puri, one of India's most important spiritual destinations.
Officials said the enhanced project cost became necessary
due to the inclusion of additional construction activities and project-related
requirements. A key component of the revised plan is the construction of a 2,000-seat
multipurpose hall on the fifth floor of the Jagannath Ballav Pilgrim Centre,
which is expected to serve cultural, religious and public events.
