Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said that art and literature have always been the soul of civilization, shaping thoughts, reflecting emotions, and inspiring change.
Governor Kambhampati described the festival as a celebration of imagination and creativity. “Bringing together writers, poets, artists, scholars, and young minds fosters the free exchange of ideas and showcases the enduring power of creative expression,” he said. He emphasized that the event is more than just a festival—it is a shared celebration of knowledge and artistic excellence.
