Bhubaneswar, Jan 26: India, Monday, celebrates its 77th Republic Day with patriotic fervour, as leaders, including Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Deputy CMs Pravati Parida and KV Singh Deo, conveyed heartfelt greetings to citizens, emphasizing unity, constitutional values, and the collective resolve to build a stronger India.
Odisha Governor, in his message, said, “On the historic occasion of the 77th Republic Day of India, I convey my heartfelt greetings to all citizens. May this day reaffirm our faith in the Constitution and inspire us to uphold its ideals in the service of the nation. Jai Hind.”
CM Majhi extended his greetings, stating, “May this occasion
add renewed energy and enthusiasm to our collective resolve to build a Viksit
Bharat.”

At his New Delhi residence, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan unfurled the national flag. He offered a detailed tribute, saying, “Heartfelt greetings on the 77th Republic Day. On the grand festival of India’s democratic glory and constitutional consciousness, Republic Day, I extend warm wishes to all my fellow countrymen.”

Dy CM Parida echoed the spirit of responsibility, saying, “Republic is our pride, Constitution is our identity. Today is the day to remember not only our rights but also our duties towards the nation. On the occasion of the 77th Republic Day, heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all of you.”
Dy CM Singh Deo paid homage to freedom fighters and martyrs, stating, “On this occasion, I pay tribute to the great freedom fighters and also offer my deepest homage to the immortal martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the unity and security of the nation.”
