The survey is likely to cover severely impacted districts including Jajpur, Kendrapara, Bhadrak, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, and Keonjhar, following days of relentless rainfall and river overflow.
The CM’s aerial reconnaissance is aimed at assessing the damage caused by flooding. The overflowing Subarnarekha, Baitarani, and Jalaka rivers have submerged several villages.
