According to the information, President Droupadi Murmu will inaugurate the event on November 22. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, and other noted Odia personalities are scheduled to attend the festival on the inaugural day.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also scheduled to join the festival on November 24.
