Bhogarai, July 3: Odisha’s Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida will visit the flood-affected Bhogarai and Baliapal regions in Balasore district today.
During the visit, the Deputy CM will inspect multiple submerged zones, interact with displaced families, and review the condition of damaged infrastructure.
Local officials will brief Parida on the ongoing rescue efforts, the provision of essential supplies, and the challenges faced by emergency teams on ground.
Speaking to the media, the Deputy CM emphasised the state government's commitment to rapid rehabilitation and said, “We’re taking all necessary steps to ensure that relief reaches every corner promptly. Our focus is on restoring normalcy and minimizing further hardship.”
