Bhubaneswar, June 17: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday expressed condolences over the accident in Darjeeling involving the Kanchenjunga Express train and a goods train in which at least 15 passengers were killed and over 60 people sustained injuries.
''I am deeply saddened to hear the news of the fatal train accident in Darjeeling. Wishing peace to the souls of the dead and good health to the injured. May Lord Jagannath grant infinite patience and courage to the family during this difficult time,''Majhi said in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
