New Delhi, May 24: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting to discuss the state's comprehensive development. During the interaction, Majhi extended an invitation to the Prime Minister to participate in the anniversary celebrations of the BJP-led Odisha government.
The meeting covered key topics, including Odisha’s vision for holistic growth, infrastructure improvements, and policy initiatives. The Chief Minister also emphasized the need for central support in bolstering healthcare services, medical education, and advanced medical infrastructure, particularly in remote areas.
Following his discussion with Modi, Majhi also met Union Health Minister and BJP National President JP Nadda. Their talks centered around healthcare strategies, Odisha’s commitment to universal health coverage, and strengthening collaboration with the central government to enhance medical facilities in the state.
