Kendrapara, Dec 13: A Class-9 student has been detained at Kudanagari police station after allegedly threatening the headmaster at gunpoint inside a classroom at Korua Government High School in Kendrapara district.

The incident has triggered fear and unrest within the school community, prompting police to launch a detailed investigation into how a firearm entered the campus and who may have supplied it to the minor.

The recovery and verification of the weapon, along with its source, remain central to the investigation.
