Cuttack, Apr 8: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) will soon announce the results of the matriculation examination.

According to reports, the results may get announced by the second week of May after the completion of evaluation of answer-sheets.

“The evaluation of Matric answer sheets will be completed in day or two and we are planning to publish the results by the second week of May, if everything goes well,” said BSE President Srikanta Tarai

The BSE President further said that the board is taking all efforts to make sure the results are error-free.

The evaluation had started in 57 centres across the State. The BSE had engaged over 12,300 teachers for the task.

Notably, more than five lakh students appeared for the matriculation exams conducted by the BSE Odisha this year. The exams were held across 3,133 centres across the state, with the exam time being scheduled from 9 am to 11.30 am for each subject.
