Bhubaneswar, Oct 23: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday issued a five-day yellow warning for several districts across Odisha, forecasting thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds due to a developing low-pressure system over the Bay of Bengal.
The alert comes as a cyclonic circulation over the South

Cyclonic Circulation Over Bay of Bengal
According to the IMD bulletin, an upper air cyclonic
circulation currently lies over the southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining South
Andaman Sea, extending up to 5.8 km above mean sea level. Under its influence,
a low-pressure area is likely to form on October 24, which may move
