Supervisors have been instructed to make prior arrangements before the arrival of question papers. This includes checking CCTV systems in strong rooms, verifying the number of papers according to the exam schedule, and ensuring strict security protocols.
The strong rooms must have no windows, only a single entry point, and all doors must remain sealed after the papers are stored. High-quality lock systems are to be used, and security arrangements both outside and inside corridors must be tightened.
The Council has also mandated 24×7 CCTV surveillance to function without interruption. Supervisors are responsible for monitoring the system continuously. Coordination with local police stations has been advised to strengthen security further and prevent any untoward incidents.
By implementing strict security measures, the authorities
aim to safeguard the sanctity of the exams and reassure students, parents, and
teachers of a fair and smooth conduct of the board examinations.
