Odisha: Awas Survey In Villages From Today

Bhubaneswar, Jan 24: The Odisha government will start the Awas (housing) survey today to find eligible beneficiaries of Centre-run Prime Minister Awas Yojana (PMAY) in villages across the State.
Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Narayan Naik will launch the survey from Arjunsinghpur village in Jasuapur panchayat under the Pipili-Delang assembly constituency. The Minister will interact with the beneficiaries on the occasion. Puri MP Sambit Patra, Pipili MLA Ashrit Pattanayak, and all the MLAs of the Puri district are scheduled to attend the programme.
The survey will be conducted through a mobile app.

✨For the first time, the aspirant families will be able to participate in the survey on their own as well as those living separately. Families with two-wheelers, refrigerators, and landline phones can also be included in the survey. The family income limit has been increased to Rs 15,000.
