Bhubaneswar, Feb 14: Today is the second day of the Budget Session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly. The House will start business with the Question Hour as well.

Questions belonging to School and Mass Education, Higher Education, Industries, Scheduled Castes and Tribes, Minorities and Backward Classes, Sports and Youth Welfare, Skill Development and Technical Education, Odia Language, Culture and Literature, and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities departments will come up for discussion during the Question Hour.

During the Zero Hour, Opposition members are likely to raise many important issues like the deteriorating law and order situation, the ration card situation, Kotia issue in the House. The opposition Congress has also proposed an adjournment motion on paddy procurement and Katni Chhatni (cut in weight) issue.

After Zero Hour, the House is scheduled to start debating the motion of thanks on the Governor's Address. The House is likely to witness heated discussions today.
