As the House met for resumption of the second phase of the Budget Session, BJD members rushed to the Well of the House, holding placards. Stateing that the cancellation of March 5 as Panchayati Raj Divas is disrespectful to Biju Babu.
They were heard shouting 'Disrespect to Biju Babu is not acceptable.' Meanwhile, Congress members also trooped into the well of the House, alleging rise in incidents of violence against women. BJD Member Adhiraj Panigrahi and Congress member Tara Prasad Bahinipati were trying to climb the Speaker's podium to mark their protests. T
