Due to ruckus by BJD members, the Question Hour debate could not be held.
As soon as the House met for the day, BJD members rushed into the Well of the House in protest against the Ganjam district's hooch incident. MLA Madhab Dhada and Jogest Singh climbed the Speader's podium.
