As the House met for the day at 10.30 am, Speaker Surama Padhi called for the Question Hour debate. Accordingly, a Minister stood to reply to a question. This time, Congress members stood at their chairs and demanded that the Students' Union election be held in the State this year.
As the Speaker insisted on the resumption of the Question Hour debate, the Congress members rushed into the Well of the House and shouted slogans.
