Odisha: Adani Foundation Kicks Off Free Health Camp Drive In Villages Around Gopalpur Port

Berhampur, Jan 18: Adani Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Gopalpur Ports Limited successfully conducted a free health camp at Project Upper Primary School, Sana Arjyapalli village under Chatrapur block in Ganjam district today. The health camp was inaugurated by Dr Bijay Kumar Panda, Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO), Ganjam in the presence of Shri Sandeep Jaiswal, Business Head, Gopalpur Port and many community leaders as well.
Attending the health camp Dr Bijay Kumar Panda CDMO, Ganjam said I am delighted to witness the Adani Foundation launching its first health camp today. This initiative is a testament to their commitment to community well-being. I firmly believe that such specialised health camps are vital for addressing the unique healthcare needs of our people. I urge the Adani Foundation to continue these efforts, focusing on qualitative medicine and delivering impactful, high-quality healthcare services.

✨Teams of specialist doctors from Maharaja Krishna Chandra Gajapati (MKCG) medical college from various departments like Gynaecology, General Medicine & Paediatric, nurses, pharmacists and expert medical technicians took part in this drive. While preliminary medical consultations, along with complimentary medications, Bone mineral density test, body mass index test, blood tests, blood pressure monitoring, diabetics test and basic check-ups were provided to the attendees. About 400 individuals availed the benefit of free consultation and free medicines from the above camp.
Beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the Adani Foundation for organizing such a comprehensive health initiative close to their home. Among others Shri Trilochan Behera, Sarapanch, Aryapalli Panchayat and other community leaders attended the camp.
