Bhubaneswar, June 19: In a major decision by the newly-formed BJP Government in Odisha led by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, as many as 22 officers were shown door at the Chief Minister's office (CMO), Wednesday. 

The Home Department, Govt. of Odisha, announced the removal of old officers through an office order.

The 22 officers include a Deputy Secretary, six Section Officers and 15 Assistant Section Officers.

As many as 20 people have been transferred to the main department for parliamentary affairs, while one went to the Planning and Convergence Department and the other moved to the Rural Development Department.
