According to sources, a car was moving from Bhubaneswar to Cuttack when it lost balance midway and dashed against a pile of wood near Balianta Chhack.
Reportedly, Locals rushed to the spot rescued the driver and another passenger from the car, and immediately took them to the nearest hospital in serious condition.
