Bhubaneswar, Oct 13: The official notification for the Nuapada Assembly by-election is set to be issued on Monday, marking the formal commencement of the nomination process.

Candidates can file their nominations until October 20, followed by scrutiny on October 22 and withdrawal of nominations by October 24.
