According to the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar and Sambalpur recorded 31.4°C degrees Celsius by 8.30 am. By this time, Chandbali recorded 31°C , followed by Paradip 30.6, Hirakud 30.4, Rourkela 30, Jharsuguda 30, Puri 29.6 and Balasore 29.6, Gopalpur 28.2, Keonjhar 26 degrees Celsius.
