Cuttack, Apr 29: A team of the National Investigating Agency (NIA) on Tuesday visited a Bhola family at Deulasahi in Cuttack city to inquire about the Pahalgam terrorist attack from four members of the family, who were miraculously saved on that fateful day of April 22.
Four members of the Bhola family- two males (Ranjit Bhola and his son Sandeep Bhola) and two females (Ranjeet's wife and daughter-in-law)- were eyewitnesses to the ghastly terrorist attack in Baisarani meadow at Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir that claimed 26 lives.
The Bhola family had gone to Pahalgam to celebrate their son Sandeep's marriage anniversary. While they were in the meadow, a group of four Terrorists rushed in and gunned down males who failed to recite 'Kalama'. All four members of the Bhola family were miraculously saved.

✨Narrating the terrifying incident, Ranjeet said his family members were saved by the grace of Mahadeb. A total of 26 people, including an Odia, a local Muslim youth and a Nepali citizen, were gunned down by terrorists, according to reports.
The Odia male, Prasant Satapathy, who was killed by terrorists, was from Balasore district.
