51K Jobs Letters Distributed
Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed over 51,000 appointment letters to newly recruited youth in various Government departments and organisations under the Rozgar Mela initiative. He also launched the ‘Viksit Bharat Yojana’, aiming to create 3.5 crore jobs nationwide.

Bus Fire Tragedy
A private sleeper bus en route from Hyderabad to Bengaluru caught fire after colliding with a motorcycle in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, killing 19 passengers and the bike rider. Several others were injured in the early morning accident.

Vedanta To Invest Rs1 lakh crore
