Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing devotees at Sri Krishna Matha in Udupi, urged citizens to adopt nine resolutions for a self-reliant India. He emphasized conserving water, supporting Swadeshi, uplifting the poor, promoting natural farming, using millets, practicing yoga, and visiting 25 heritage sites to strengthen cultural traditions.


Meditation for Unity

At the launch of Brahma Kumaris’ 2025-26 theme, Meditation for World Unity and Trust, President Droupadi Murmu said that India is striving to build an inclusive, peaceful, and healthy society by promoting yoga, meditation, and the International Day of Yoga globally.



Cyclone Ditwah Near Coast

Cyclonic Storm Ditwah, moving at 7–10 kmph, is currently positioned 320 km south-southeast of Karaikal and 530 km south of Chennai. The storm is expected to cross Sri Lanka and reach North Tamil Nadu and South Andhra coasts by November 30 morning.



Odisha Supplementary Budget

Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi, who also holds the Finance portfolio, presented a supplementary budget Rs17,440 crore for 2025-26 in the State Assembly. The allocation will support flagship schemes in health, education, social security, and urban infrastructure alongside the Rs 2.90 lakh crore main budget.


Youth for Viksit Bharat

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan interacted with FinTech students of Global Finance & Technology Network and SDI Bhubaneswar alumni at the Edu Dialogue. He praised their aspirations, affirming that India’s youth are well positioned to drive the vision of a Viksit Bharat.
