Major Indian airlines Air India, IndiGo, and SpiceJet informed of rerouting some of their international flights as Iran shut down its airspace. Iran had ordered the closure of its airspace to commercial aircraft without any explanation.

Tragedy Strikes SAI Hostel

A 17-year-old athletics trainee and a 15-year-old kabaddi player were discovered hanging in their hostel room at the Sports Authority of India facility in Kollam. The Police have registered a case, and the bodies have been seized and sent for post-mortem.
