Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced development projects worth ₹545 crore during the fourth evening of the National Level Tribal Festival ‘PARAB-2025’. Parab festival continues to promote tribal culture and unity since 1996.

Pollution Certificate Mandatory
Vehicle pollution testing centres across Odisha are witnessing heavy crowds after the Transport Department issued a directive linking fuel supply to pollution certificates. From December 20, vehicles lacking pollution clearance will be barred from purchasing petrol or diesel at fuel stations statewide.

The Delhi High Court issued notice to Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and others on a criminal revision petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate challenging a trial court order that refused to take cognisance of its money laundering complaint in the alleged National Herald case.



Free Trade deal
India and New Zealand have successfully concluded the historic, ambitious and mutually beneficial Free Trade Agreement. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his New Zealand counterpart Christopher Luxon announced this. PM Modi held a telephonic conversation with Mr Luxon.



BlueBird Block-2 Satellite
The Indian Space Research Organisation said it is ready to launch the BlueBird Block-2 satellite on December 24. The launch from the Satish Dhawan Space Center will place the BlueBird Block-2 satellite, in Low Earth Orbit.
