This Bill encourages e-sports and online social games while prohibiting harmful online money gaming services, advertisements, and financial transactions related to them.

 

Shah Introduces Three Bills

The Constitution (One Hundred and Thirtieth Amendment) Bill, 2025, the Government of Union Territories (Amendment) Bill, 2025, and the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, 2025 were today introduced in the Lok Sabha. These bills were introduced by Union Home Minister Amit Shah amidst the opposition’s protest over the Special Intensive Revision exercise in Bihar.

Binod Pasayat No More

Renowned Sambalpuri playwright, poet, and lyricist Padma Shri Binod Kumar Pasayat passed away on Wednesday at the age of 91. He breathed his last at Sambalpur Sadar Hospital, where he was undergoing treatment for prostate cancer and age-related ailments.
