According to reports, the meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Gajapati Maharaja Dibyasingha Deb.
The session will formally welcome the newly appointed members and initiate the formation of various sub-committees to streamline temple governance. The new committee includes distinguished members from diverse backgrounds, including former bureaucrats, religious scholars, and community representatives, nominated under the provisions of the Shree Jagannath Temple Act, 1955.
Among many important issues, proposed queue system of Darshan and inventory of Ratna Bhandar ornaments may be discussed.
