New DCPs Appointed for Bhubaneswar and Cuttack in Odisha IPS Reshuffle

In a major shake-up in the IPS cadre, the Odisha government made important changes, moving senior officials to different key positions within the police department.
In a big change in the police force in Odisha, the state government moved around several senior police officers to different positions. One of the important changes was the appointment of new Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCP) for the two main cities, Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
Jagmohan Meena, who is currently the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Cuttack, has now been given the role of DCP in Bhubaneswar. On the other hand, Khilari Rishikesh Dnyandeo has been appointed as the new DCP in Cuttack. So, they are both switching their positions.
Within six months the Odisha Government has taken a major reshuffle, before this a significant reshuffle had been done by transferring 50 IPS Officers before also.
The Odisha government made big changes to its police force by transferring 26 officers. Here's what happened with some of the key officers:

✨Narasingh Bhol (2002 batch) has been appointed as the Additional Commissioner of Police for Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. He was previously the Excise Commissioner of Odisha. He replaces Umashankar Dash (2008 batch), who has been transferred to a new role as the DIG (Deputy Inspector General) of Home Guards and Fire Services.
Jagmohan Meena (2013 batch) is now the Deputy Commissioner of Police for Bhubaneswar. He was previously working in Cuttack. He replaces Pinak Mishra (2011 batch), who has been moved to a new role as the DIG of STF (Special Task Force) in Bhubaneswar.
Khilari Rishikesh Dnyandeo (2016 batch) has been appointed as the DCP for Cuttack. Before this, he was the Superintendent of Police in Balangir.
