According to official data, 1,78,398 newly registered beneficiaries were included this time, receiving their first installment of Subhadra assistance.

In addition, 2,55,265 women who had missed out on the first and second installments due to technical or administrative reasons were compensated with two installments at once, ensuring they are not left behind.

The government also addressed grievances, with 24,018 women beneficiaries added after hearings, reflecting its inclusive approach.

Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida emphasized that the scheme covers both women who were part of the initial rollout and those who, for various reasons, were excluded earlier.

This ensures that no eligible woman is denied the benefits. She highlighted that Subhadra is one of the state’s flagship development-oriented initiatives aimed at strengthening women’s financial independence and contributing to overall socio-economic growth.

Since its inception, the state government has already disbursed three installments under the scheme. However, challenges such as technical errors and administrative delays had left some women without support. The latest disbursement seeks to rectify these issues, bringing relief to thousands who had been waiting.

This round of distribution includes both newly registered beneficiaries and those reinstated after grievance redressal, making it one of the most comprehensive phases of the scheme. The government’s proactive measures underline its determination to ensure equitable access to welfare programmes.
