Bhubaneswar, Dec 30: Balasore MP Pratap Sarangi has returned to Bhubaneswar after recovery from head injuries. The MP was injured after being pushed at the Parliament main gate and admitted to a hospital.

"The incident is very unfortunate and condemnable", he said. "Does any MP behave like this?" he asked. There is no place for violence in a democracy. Those who are doing so should be given a befitting reply in electoral politics, he said.

"The people of the country will give a befitting reply to those who repeatedly murdered democracy during the Emergency. Rahul is unfit to be the Leader of the Opposition," the MP expresses his ire.

He said all medical tests and treatments have been done.
