Bhubaneswar, Aug 7: The Odisha government has done away with the 5-T Charter, which was implemented to keep performance records of employees of A, B, and C categories for promotion and other facilities.
The State government has also lifted the 'Mo Sarkar' programme, adopted during the Biju Janata Dal government.
A notification issued by the general administration department said there was no need to assess the performance of employees of A, B, C categories under the 5-T norm. The earlier PAR/CRR format, which was in force before 2019-20, will be reinforced from the current 2024-25 year.
