Chhatrapur, Sep 16: A shocking incident unfolded late Monday night at a private computer training institute located in the Old Police Line area under Chhatrapur police limits.
Unidentified miscreants broke into the premises, looted valuable equipment, set the property on fire, and left behind a chilling death threat for the owner.
The institute, identified as Edu Care Computer Centre, suffered extensive damage as the intruders stole items including hard disks, computers, and air conditioners. They then set fire to furniture and other assets, causing significant destruction. The threat was scrawled on a cupboard, reading: “I’ve come only for you. I won’t kill you easily. I’ll torture you to death.”

Early morning residents noticed smoke billowing from the building and alerted the fire department. Firefighters arrived promptly and managed to bring the blaze under control, preventing further damage to nearby structures.
