Angul, Feb 12: In a tragic incident, a minor boy has sustained a critical injury in a gunshot following a small argument in Angul, Tuesday.
The incident took place at the Gochhayat Sahi of Kerajanga village under Nisa Police Station limits in Angul district.
As per the report, the boy, identified as Srikanta Gochhayat, was shot in the leg and he is currently undergoing treatment at the SCB Medical College & Hospital in Cuttack.
As per the report, Srikanta was in front of his house when he got shot. He was rushed to Angul Hospital before being shifted to Cuttack.
Police have launched an investigation into the matter. More details are awaited.
