Bhubaneswar, Mar 4: The maximum temperature in Bhubaneswar rose to 36 degrees Celsius, according to report by the weather agency.

Similarly, Jharsuguda saw temperature rise at 36.8 degrees Celsius while Sambalpur reported 36.7 degrees Celsius.

Hirakud recorded temperature at 35.4 degree Celsius, Rourkela at 35 degree Celsius, Chandbali at 34 degree Celsius.

The weather department has further predicted rise in temperature in coming days. The tally is soon going to touch 40°C in the coming months, said the department.
