Mayurbhanj, May 30: An 18-year-old youth lost his life in a road accident in Dhangudimuta village under Badampahar police station limits in Mayurbhanj district.

Gurba Behera, son of Raju Behera, was reportedly wandering on the nearby road when a bike hit him. Once they found out about the accident, family members took Gurba to Badampahar hospital where the doctor decared him dead.

The Badampahar police then sent the body to the sub divisional hospital in Rairangpur for post-mortem.

Further investigation is underway after registering a case.
