According to sources, the fire broke out at the Department of Pharmacology of VIMSAR this afternoon.
No casualties or injuries were reported so far.

✨It is suspected that a short circuit in the power panel board to be the cause of fire mishap, Hospital authorities said.
Medical equipment, chemicals worth Rs 10 crore were gutted in the fire mishap, they added.
After getting information, Fire services personnel rushed to the spot and doused the flame.
