Bhubaneswar, Aug 6: 'Majnu' Satyajit Samal who was arrested for marrying five women and duping them of lakhs of rupees will go on a two-day remand from today.

According to the reports, Commissionerate police had sought a 10-day remand, but the court granted only two days.

Satyajit Samal was arrested on August 3  by twin-city Commissionerate police for illegally marrying five women and cheated them and apart from flirting with 49 other women. 

Accused Samal  used to take loans in the name of his wives and buy cars with the loan money. He was giving those cars on rent and earning money. 

The accused is a native of Jajpur district and staying in the Chandrasekharpur area of Bhubaneswar.
