Man Killed For Proposing Minor Girl For Marriage In Cuttack
Cuttack, Jan 23: Police arrested a man, today, on the charges of murdering a young man who tried to force the former's minor niece for marriage in Indira village here.
The deceased has been identified as Rajesh Sahu and the accused has been identified as Shyam Pradhan.
According to the sources, the Rajesh had made multiple attempts to invade into the house of the minor girl and propose her for marriage.

✨Anguised over this, Shyam Pradhan killed Rajesh.
"Two days prior to the murder, the deceased had entered into the house of the minor girl and urged her to marry him. Infuriated over this, he had a physical fight with the girl's family members. The deceased has five rape cases lodged in his name in various police stations of Cuttack," informed police DSP Anil Mishra in a press meet today.
