Rayagada, Jun 8: A tragic incident has been reported in Kaniyodi Ambatota, under Muniguda police station in Rayagada district, where a man was found hanging under mysterious circumstances.

The deceased has been identified as Sanjay Kumar De, a resident of Therubali village under Chandili police station limits.

According to reports, the matter came to light this morning after some locals spotted the body and alerted the matter to police.

Later, Muniguda police and family members rushed to the scene, and launched a probe into the incident.

Authorities have yet to determine whether the case is suicide or murder, as the circumstances remain unclear.
