Man, Brother-In-Law Die Of Electrocution In Odisha's Kalahandi

Kalahandi, Jul 10: A man and his brother-in-law died due to electrocution while working in their farm at Badapodaguda under Amapani PS in Kalahandi district on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Dhanurjya Mishra of Badapodaguda and Anirudha Naik of Kachharapada.
According to reports, Dhanurjya and Anirudha were supplying water in their agriculture field from Mundura river with use of a motor pump when they accidentally came in contact with a live electric wire. As a result, the duo died on the spot.
On being informed, Amapani police reached the spot and launched an investigation into the incident. Meanwhile, family members have demanded compensation.
