Balasore, Aug 5: In a shocking incident, a man has allegedly beaten his wife to death under Jaleshwar police station limits of Balasore district, Monday.

The deceased Woman have been identified as Kalpana Mohanty and her husband have been identified as Kadu Mohanty of Banida Village.

According to the information, the alleged killing was fallout of a family feud, a verbal spat ensued between the couple. Matter took an ugly turn and Kadu beat his wife leading to her untimely death.

On being Informed, Jaleshwar police reached the spotand  detained the alleged husband and  then recovered the body and sent it for post mortem.
