Jajpur, Mar 8: A man was arrested on the charge of killing his wife at Mangalpur Dehuri Sahi and the Sukinda police station limits in Jajpur district.
The arrested has been identified as Mitu Pradhan of Dehuri Sahi.
According to the information, Mitu and his wife Sangita Nayak had been living together in Dehuri Sahi since their marriage. But, they could not become parents. Mitu used to blame Sangita for this. Even he physically tortured her often. Yesterday, he allegedly killed her.

✨Acting on a complaint filed in this regard, the Sukinda police went to the spot, seized the dead body, and arrested Mitu Pradhan.
