Keonjhar, Jan 14: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is scheduled to take a holy dip in Punyatoya Baitarani river on the occasion of holy Makar Sankranti.

As per reports, CM Majhi is scheduled for a three-day visit to his native Keonjhar district starting Tuesday.

Keeping CM Majhi's arrival in mind, the Keonjhar district administration is busy with preparations. The Anusaya Ghat of Baitarani river in Patana village has been decorated, while the place has already been inspected.

As per the itinerary, CM Majhi will arrived at Raisuan Airstrip via helicopter before heading to Anusaya Ghat by road.

The Keonjhar administration has prepared barricades keeping Majhi's security in mind. Bomb squad has inspected the Anusaya Ghat.

After the holy dip, CM Majhi is scheduled to perform puja at famous Baba Parameshwara and Anandeshwara Temple in Patana.
