Bhubaneswar, Nov 18: A cyclonic storm looks impending in the Bay of Bengal after a low pressure was formed in the BoB yesterday.
Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar has said this after the cyclonic circulation formed in south Andaman and adjacent areas has turned into a low pressure.
The low pressure is likely to move in a west-northwest direction and turn into a depression in the southeast Bay of Bengal tomorrow. It will intensify further in the next 24 hours following which a cyclone will be formed.

✨"Details about the impending cyclone will only be known following the depression likely to be formed on November 29. By the impact of the present system, Odisha will have a cloudy sky and some of its districts may witness rains in the next 12 hours," said the weather office.
