Lawyer Dies After Setting Himself On Fire In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, Aug 29: A 46-year-old lawyer allegedly died after setting himself on fire atop his four-storey house in Pandara area under Mancheswar police limits here on Thursday night.
The deceased has been identified as Deepak Sahu, a resident of Ward-18 in Pandara.
According to reports, Deepak, who lived with his wife, two children, and mother, had been suffering from a psychiatric disorder and was under treatment.
On Thursday night, Deepak went to the roof of the house before dinner. When he did not return for long time, his wife went and spotted smoke billowing out at one of the room.
Following this, she alerted the police, who then rushed to the scene and recovered the half-charred body of Deepak.
