Cuttack, May 3: Odisha Law Prithviraj Harichandan visited victims of the Khannagar bridge construction mishap undergoing treatment at S.C.B. Medical College & Hospital here this evening.

The minister expressed concern and informed that Odisha CM has directed the formation of an investigation committee under the chairmanship of Cuttack-Sadar Sub Collector. The committee will submit its report within seven days.

It may be noted that three workers were killed and two others sustained critical injuries as a cocrete slab, while being lifted and moved by a crane, collapsed over them at Khannagar in the Cuttack city.

The injured are undergoing treatment at the SCB Medical College and Hospital in critical condition.
