While senior Surgeon and social worker Dr. Bishwanath Patnaik will be honoured with the 'Atal Seba Samman- 2023, senior Lecturer, poet, and translator Dr. Smarapriya Mishra and senior leader Kshirod Prasad Swain will get 'Atal Kabita Samman-2023' and 'Atal Samman- 2023', respectively.
The awards will be given to the selected personalities on December 25, 2023, on the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Vajpayee was born on December 25, 1924. He served the nation as the Prime Minister. His patriotism is reflected in poetries. His contributions to the country's agriculture, science and national highway sectors are incomparable.
