Koraput: Vigilance Searches Kumuli ARI's Houses In DA Case

Vigilance sleuths on Wednesday started simultaneous house searches to detect assets possessed by Koraput district's Kumuli Circle ARI Surendra Tanti and his family members.
Koraput, Dec 26: Acting on the allegation of possession of Disproportionate Assets (DA) by Surendra Tanti, ARI -cum-Incharge R.I of Kumuli Circle under Boriguma Tahsil, Koraput to his known sources of income, Vigilance sleuths on Wednesday started simultaneous house searches to detect assets possessed by Tanti and his family members.
Vigilance officers comprising three DSPs, seven Inspectors, five ASIs, and other supporting staff are conducting searches in the following eight places on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore.
1) A residential double-storeyed building is located in Boriguma.
2)Rented residential house of his daughter at Boriguma.
3) Hose at his native village Ranaspur, P.S-Boriguma, Dist-Koraput.

✨4) House of his relative at vill.Kamta under Boriguma P.S, Dist-Koraput.
5)Two-storeyed building of his relative at Boriguma.
6)Two-storeyed market complex at Boriguma.
7)His building at Boriguma.
8) Office chamber of Tanti at Kumuli, Boriguma.
The search was in progress, said the Vigilance department.
